The safety of the construction equipment for the new track equipment developed and produced by our company has been fully utilized on Shenzhen Metro Line 16,which is related to the safety and efficiency of the track laying site production and is a necessary condition for achieving speed and efficiency in the current track laying operation.In accordance with the construction requirements of Shenzhen Metro,China Railway Construction Southern Shenzhen Metro Line 16 project took the lead in using emerging equipment such as self deformable tire type track construction vehicles and self deformable wheel rail type concrete construction vehicles developed and produced by our company,and boldly took the lead in"equipment innovation"in track engineering construction.
Since its opening in July,the general contracting project department of China Railway Construction Southern Shenzhen Metro Line 16 has guided the project department of China Railway 15th Bureau to introduce our company's independently developed and produced tire type track laying equipment on the working surface:10 self deformable tire type track construction vehicles and 9 self deformable wheel rail type concrete construction vehicles,which has opened a good beginning for the comprehensive construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 in the future

The self deformable tire type track construction vehicle developed and produced by our company has a wide range of applications.It can self deform,change span and height,and overcome the disadvantages of traditional subway track laying machines such as difficulty and long time consumption.It meets the construction requirements of different section sections and single track spans;Equipped with dual power supply of battery and power cable,reasonable load distribution,hydraulic braking,reliable and stable,it solves the problems of single power and insufficient load of old track laying machines,as well as frequent failures during operation,resulting in low efficiency of single machine operation and high daily maintenance costs.The equipment has good expandability and can be equipped with various track board lifting devices,loose sleeper devices,tool rail clamps and other lifting tools.In the application,the device is operated by a remote control and monitored in real-time by personnel,which changes the phenomenon of laborers often forgetting to park and use iron wedges.It can meet the requirements of the owner for stability maintenance work,reduce the labor intensity of construction personnel,and improve work efficiency.

At the same time,the self deformable wheel rail concrete construction vehicle developed and produced by our company plays a"booster"role in work with its advantages in walking system,braking system,auxiliary support,and overload warning.On the one hand,the two sets of walking systems are independently separated,and the inner rail is a double axle double drive vibration reduction fixed structure with standard steel wheels,ensuring the safety of the track during internal and external walking changes and preventing derailment;Using rubber damping connections to reduce vehicle vibration can ensure safe operation with the minimum curve radius.On the other hand,three sets of braking systems and auxiliary leg crossbeams are designed and installed with wedges to ensure braking safety,meet rapid alignment,and ensure smooth operation of the entire machine when changing spans in curve super high sections.In addition,make good use of the overload alarm system as a"scale",strictly control the loading limits of materials,and avoid safety hazards.
