The complete set of digital construction equipment for ballastless track is about to be put into high-speed rail construction!

The research on intelligent construction technology and equipment for CRTS III slab ballastless track was completed on-site testing and acceptance at Xingyu Railway in Anhui Province on June 1-2,2023!

  As a key technology project in the transportation industry announced by the General Office of the Ministry of Transport in 2021,the project"Research on Intelligent Construction Technology and Equipment of CRTS III Plate Non ballasted Track"is led by Shandong Railway Investment Holding Group,with the participation of more than ten units including Beijing Jiaotong University,Anhui Xingyu Rail Equipment Co.,Ltd.,China Railway Design Group,China Railway Fourth Bureau Group,and Shandong Road and Bridge Group.Anhui Xingyu Rail Equipment Co.,Ltd.undertakes the entire construction,covering various equipment and fixtures such as multi-dimensional deformation lifting machines for ballastless track green energy railways,multi-dimensional deformation concrete construction engineering vehicles for ballastless track tires,wheeled railway engineering transport vehicles for ballastless track,and intelligent CNC precision shunting vehicles for ballastless track.With the joint efforts of multiple parties,it took three years to complete on-site testing and acceptance,and achieved phased results.

  More than 20 experts from participating units such as Shandong Railway Investment Holding Group,Beijing Jiaotong University,Anhui Xingyu Rail Equipment Co.,Ltd.,China Railway Design Group,China Railway Fourth Bureau Group,and Shandong Road and Bridge Group attended the testing and acceptance,and unanimously agreed that the CRTS III slab ballastless track intelligent construction technology and equipment meet the requirements and have the conditions to enter the high-speed railway construction site for testing.They can officially start construction on the Weiyan high-speed railway in mid June 2023!
