    A research and investigation team consisting of 12 people,led by Wang Jiquan,the project leader of Shandong Railway Investment Group,Sun Hongbin,the chief engineer of Shandong Railway Investment Group,Zhang Min,the chief auditor,Xie Jianye,the deputy general manager of Lunao High speed Railway Company,the construction unit of Jibin High speed Railway,and the heads of the Jibin High speed Railway Construction Command and various departments of the group,conducted research and investigation at Anhui Xingyu Rail Equipment Co.,Ltd.on March 5-6.Accompanied by Xue Henghe,the general manager of the company,the research delegation visited the company's advanced rail transit equipment production base,high-speed railway and municipal railway track equipment test lines,research and development centers,and test buildings,focusing on the assembly and commissioning production line of the upgraded ballastless track construction equipment to be put into the Jibin high-speed railway track laying,and conducted on-site consultation on the progressiveness,adaptability,and reliability of the equipment.

  Xingyu Railway Company reported to the inspection team on the progress of various work since the Weiyan high-speed railway test,including product optimization and upgrading,construction of construction methods,construction of training bases,and various preparatory work.

  The Jibin High speed Railway,which connects Jinan City and Binzhou City within Shandong Province,is an important component of the intercity rail network of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and one of the"One Ring and Six Shooting"fast channels in the economic circle of the Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration.It is also one of the important collection and distribution channels for scattered transportation at Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport.The total length is 145.292km,with 6 stations and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.Shandong Railway Investment Group plans to build digital intelligent construction of ballastless tracks along the entire Jibin high-speed railway line,and adopt the complete set of equipment construction and demonstration construction of the"CRTS III intelligent construction technology and equipment research for slab ballastless tracks"project along the entire line.At the same time,extended research and testing of the project will be carried out along the entire line.Both parties have made plans,arrangements,and deployments regarding the preliminary testing section,entry time,personnel training,engineering testing,foundation construction,track slab precision mixing,and self compacting concrete pouring.

  The inspection team of Shandong Railway Investment Group and Anhui Xingyu Rail Equipment Company held discussions on the establishment of a joint venture company,the formation of a construction team,and the collaborative research and development of high-speed railway full life cycle construction and maintenance equipment.
