Prefabricated box girder intelligent construction equipment and complete construction technology

At present, the vast majority of concrete construction in railway beam yards adopts the process of using ground pumps for feeding, fabric spreading machines for distributing, vibrating rods for compacting, and leveling machines for leveling. However, there are defects such as limited layout, multiple supporting equipment, uneven fabric distribution, discontinuous vibration, and poor appearance of the beam body. Therefore, this project relies on the Jinyi Beam Manufacturing Yard of China Railway Fourth Bureau to carry out research on key equipment and complete construction technology for intelligent casting of prefabricated box girders, replacing the existing construction method of concrete conveying pumps and vertical material feeders, and improving the physical quality and production efficiency of box girders.
